After cleansing and toning, remove the mask from its packaging and gently place it over the face, aligning it around the eyes and nose. Use the subtle cut-guides at the nose and forehead to customise the fit for your face shape if desired. Relax for a minimum of 10–20 minutes - longer if possible. Remove the mask and lightly pat the remaining essence into the skin. Finish with serum, moisturiser, and SPF, if applying during the day. 

• How often should I use this mask?
  It is recommended to use for 1-2 times a week. If your skin is suffering from intensive dehydration and lack of vitality, you can also apply as often as you like to return your skin to glowing levels!
