We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible so we have the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the service price. Missed or no-show appointments will be charged the full service price.
When more than 24 hours’ notice is provided, any amount already paid can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
Please arrive at our studio on time for your appointment. If you are late, we may need to shorten your service to avoid affecting subsequent client bookings. In these circumstances, the full service price will still apply.
