How do I sign up to Glow Perks and where do I access my account?

On the bottom left of any page on our website, you'll find our Glow Perks popup. Click to launch the Glow Perks panel and follow the instructions to sign up.

I already have a customer account. Do I need to create another account to earn and redeem Glow Perks?

Your Glow Perks account is synced with your customer account, so you only need one login to access both. To log in to check your Glow Perks account, use the same email address and password as your customer account.

If you already have a customer account with us, you are automatically a Glow Perks member earning Glow Points!

How do I redeem my Glow Points?

Log into your Glow Perks account and scroll down to find "Ways to redeem". When you redeem any reward, you will be given a discount code to use at the checkout for your next online order.

Do my Glow Points and Rewards expire?

No, never!

Can I earn points and redeem rewards in-studio?

All in-studio purchases will automatically earn Glow Points. Glow Points can however only be redeemed when shopping online.

Can I spend part of my Glow Points?

Glow Points can be redeemed in blocks of 250, 500 and 1000.

Who can I refer?

Anyone who is a new customer to The Skin Wardrobe and doesn't have a customer account with us.

How do I refer a friend?

Log into your Glow Perks account and scroll down to "Refer your friends".

You have been allocated a unique URL Link to share with anyone you wish to refer. They will need to click on the link provided to redeem the unique discount code.

Once your friend completes their first purchase using your link, you will receive a $20 voucher on your Glow Perks account.

I am a first-time customer, can I use my referral code in-studio?

Yes! Make sure to have your referral code when you come into our studio.
