Discover your perfect foundation formula and shade with a personalised consultation with Catherine. Each appointment is tailored to your skin and preferences.

Finding the right foundation is more than simply matching colour. During your appointment, Catherine will discuss your skin type, preferred finish, coverage needs and any foundation challenges you may have, allowing her to recommend the most suitable formulation and identify your closest shade match.

With more than seven years of experience shade matching customers at The Skin Wardrobe, Catherine brings expert knowledge and a considered approach to finding a foundation that truly works for your complexion.

In Studio Consultation
Catherine will test shades directly on your skin to achieve a seamless, skin-identical match. For the most accurate result, please arrive wearing only moisturiser and SPF, with no foundation, concealer or tinted products.

Online Consultation
Once your appointment has been booked, you will receive a Zoom link by email to join at your scheduled time. For the most accurate assessment, please join the call from a well-lit room with plenty of natural light and ensure your face and neck are clearly visible on camera.

Catherine will assess your skin tone and foundation preferences via video and identify your closest shade match/es. Your closest foundation shades/types will be couriered to you in trial sizes so you can trial at home. Both samples and delivery are included in your $15 booking fee.
