Processing your Order and Shipping

The Skin Wardrobe couriers to all residential and business addresses in New Zealand and Australia. Please note we are not able to courier to a P.O Box address. For international deliveries, please contact Catherine@theskinwardrobe.com for international brand partners. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business day of receipt.  Where this is not possible, you will be contacted directly by us.

Delivery timing will vary based on your address location and courier timeframes. Orders will generally arrive to you within 1-3 business days from dispatch for New Zealand deliveries and 5-7 business days from dispatch for Australian deliveries.  Please note, due to COVID-19, there are additional delays with international (Australia) delivery beyond our control. Should you wish to receive your order in a shorter timeframe please contact Catherine@theskinwardrobe.com for options.

As we offer non-signature courier delivery on all orders, you must ensure that the delivery address you have entered for your order is correct and safe to deliver to. Please note once an order has been delivered we cannot be held responsible for replacement due to theft. If you are concerned about safety of your delivery, please ask for 'Signature Delivery only' when you place your online order (you can enter this request in the comments box supplied).

We cannot change the delivery address once it has been dispatched. We cannot be responsible if you have given us incomplete or incorrect address information or for items which are not able to be delivered.

We carefully pack our products for safe delivery within New Zealand and Australia.  The Skin Wardrobe cannot be held responsible for any damage caused in transit. We aim to provide the most economical rates for postage and packaging (P&P) based on your delivery location or country. Delivery is a flat $5.00 NZD within New Zealand to $10.00 NZD for delivery to Australia. Those with a New Zealand rural delivery address must select 'Rural Delivery' when checking out online or they will be sent an invoice for an additional $3.50 to cover the additional cost of Rural delivery. If applicable, this additional cost must be paid before your order is dispatched. 

Making your Secure Payment

The Skin Wardrobe accepts payment via Credit Card, Pay Pal or Afterpay. If you wish to pay via Internet Banking, please contact catherine@theskinwardrobe.com to arrange. Your payment information remains confidential and will not be shared outside of The Skin Wardrobe.

Returns and Refund and Policy

We will exchange any product in the unlikely event your product is faulty. Should we need you to return the product, we will also refund you for any associated return postal charges. To make a return and claim an exchange, please contact catheirne@theskinwardrobe.com. Please note we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind of product after purchase, however we may be able to exchange for an alternate shade of a product where foundation is concerned. This requires the original product to be unopened and returned in its original packaging.

Respecting your Privacy

The Skin Wardrobe respects your privacy and any personal information will only be used for the purpose of supplying ordered products to you and related services or communication, as authorized by you. Your personal information will not be sold to, or shared with, a third party.
