Processing your Order and Shipping
The Skin Wardrobe couriers daily (weekdays only) to all residential and business addresses in New Zealand and Australia. It is not possible to courier to PO Box addresses. For international deliveries outside of Australia and New Zealand contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further option or a list of international brand partners. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt.
We aim to provide the most economical rates for courier postage and packaging, based on your destination location and country. When completing your order, please select the correct shipping classification from the below options:
- Standard, Non Rural courier: $7
- Rural courier: Standard, plus additional $4
- International (Australia only) courier: $15
- Click and Collect from our Auckland Studio: FREE
Delivery timing will vary based on your address location and courier timeframes. Orders will generally arrive to you within 1-3 business days from dispatch for New Zealand deliveries and 7-10 business days from dispatch for Australian deliveries. Please note, due to COVID-19, there are additional delays with international (Australia) delivery which are sadly beyond our control. Should you wish to receive your order in a shorter timeframe please contact Catherine@theskinwardrobe.com for expedited delivery options.
We offer non-signature courier delivery on all orders, therefore ensure that the delivery address you have entered for your order is secure to deliver to. Once an order has been delivered we cannot be held responsible for replacement due to theft. If you have concerns regarding security of deliveries, please mark 'Signature Delivery only' when you place your online order via the 'leave a note' box.
We cannot change the delivery address once it has been dispatched. We cannot be responsible if you have given us incomplete or incorrect address information or for items which are not able to be delivered.
We carefully pack our products for safe delivery within New Zealand and Australia. Please contact us directly should there be any damage to orders in transit with details of delivery and images of any damaged caused so we are able to make an assessment with our courier provider.
Making your Secure Payment
The Skin Wardrobe accepts payment via Credit Card, Pay Pal or Afterpay. If you wish to pay via Internet Banking, please contact email@example.com to arrange. Your payment information remains confidential and will not be shared outside of The Skin Wardrobe.
Returns and Refund and Policy
We will exchange any product in the unlikely event your product is faulty. Should we need you to return the product, we will also refund you for any associated return postal charges. To make a return and claim an exchange, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind of product after purchase, however we may be able to exchange for an alternate shade of a product where foundation is concerned. This requires the original product to be unopened and returned in its original packaging.
Respecting your Privacy
The Skin Wardrobe respects your privacy and any personal information will only be used for the purpose of supplying ordered products to you and related services or communication, as authorized by you. Your personal information will not be sold to, or shared with, a third party.
