Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment price. Missed appointments may be charged the full treatment price.

Any amount already paid will be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment to avoid affecting other clients. The full treatment price will still apply.
