Wet your hair and scalp. Take a very small amount of Hair & Body Shampoo Energy, equal to half a teaspoon / 2.5 ml. Distribute in your hands, add some water and massage thoroughly onto hair and scalp. Rinse well.Follow with Hair Conditioner Energy in wet to moist hair. Apply to the ends and if needed to the rest of the hair. Rinse well.
