Black Carbon Eyeliner is an intense, richly pigmented black carbon liquid eyeliner. It has a long flexible tip, making it easy to draw a perfect line around the eye. The formula lasts all day, whilst also being easy to remove with warm water and/or eye makeup remover.
Draw a thin line along the base of the lash for a marked and full lash line or draw a more marked line with the wing for a great cat eye look. The eyeliner is dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested, ensuring that it will not irritate the skin and eyes.
Skin Therapist Tip: Layer several thin lines from the outer corner of the eye and inwards to create a more marked look.
